Property info

Tripcony Quays is located on the water's edge in Caloundra with it's very own private timber jetty, inground salt water pool and two BBQ areas for guests to enjoy. Located a short walk from the Caloundra shopping centre, restaurants, cafes and bars. Each apartment has a single lock up garage with opening height of 1.9m. Bring your kayak, paddle board, small boat or jet-ski and launch from the Boat ramp next to the complex. Tripcony Quays apartments area all accessed via stairs only, we do not have lifts in the complex.

Tripcony Quays is within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and the Sunday markets. Caloundra has 7 beaches on offer from Golden Beach where the water is calm to the amazing Dickies Beach if you are a keen surfer. There is something for everyone. The Sunshine Coast Coastal walk ways are enjoyed by many from sight seeing to keeping fit. The Pumicestone Passage boasts loads of activities from surfing to kite surfing, boating to jet skiing and of course fishing. The Glasshouse Mountains is only a short drive where you can hike to your capabilities to the top of a mountain and view the most spectacular views and take with you amazing photos on top of the world. Australia Zoo is definitely one not to miss. get up close to a tiger or just pat a soft koala. Visit the iconic Noosa Hastings Street only 1 hours drive away. So much to see & do...
