The property backs onto the Tuncurry enclosed dog park and is a leisurely 5 minutes walk to the Tuncurry 9 mile dog friendly beach. The accommodation has been designed for comfort and convenience offering 4 outside sitting and dinning areas including a BBQ area with an undercover bar. All sitting areas are under cover giving you the option to dine indoors or out. As with the outside the inside has also been designed for comfort and convenience offering 3 seperate lounge areas. The garage has been made into what I like to call the KIDS RETREAT ,this is the 3rd lounge / multi purpose room. A space where your young ones can plug in their gaming devices and chill. The couch in the KIDS RETREAT pulls out into a double bed turning the multi purpose room into a fourth bedroom. A designated sporting shed for your convenience supply’s a variety of complementary sporting equipment such as tennis racquets, golf clubs , boogie and surf boards , cricket bats and balls fishing rods, snorkelling gear and flippers just to name a few. There are a variety of indoor board games provided. At night you will hear only the peaceful sounds of the waves ,this location is truly unique in its absolute privacy. There is plenty of off street parking to securely park your boat, jet ski , caravan and second or third cars. Behind the side double gate into the property there is an under cover parking option also. Open the back gate and leave your dogs to it. The property adjoins the Tuncurry off leash dog park. This is where you will find the complementary dog poo bags. The sporties bowling and tennis club is a 50 meter walk. Here you will find food and beverage, very convenient for a night out with the fam/kids for dinner. This truely is a uniquely situated house soooo quiet and relaxing yet very convenient to all the services you will need. you will feel like you have the entire coast to yourself. Pacific parade is a no through road ,very quiet. Everything you need in the local area is close and convenient. (5-15 min walk). Including clothes shops, surf shops, restaurants, coffee / pie shops a mixture of take away cuisine are also conveniently close , Woolworths, as well as the sporties bowling and tennis club which neighbours the house, 2 minutes walk. Tuncurry Beach Bowling club is less than 1 km away as an alternative eating venue also. Tuncurry 9 Mile beach (dog friendly) is an easy 5 minute walk, literally across the road.
