Tunnel Ridge Outlook is situated on the highest ridge off Tunnel Ridge Road. The apartment is for two people with EXCLUSIVE USE of the pool and deck, your own private oasis! We offer an exclusive apartment on the ground floor of our house, with magnificent views from your patio windows onto your deck in a resort style setting, with swimming pool and grounds. Your entrance and deck and pool is there for your exclusive use during your stay. (You have exclusive use of the pool during your stay) Your apartment is air conditioned, spacious and has a fully fitted kitchen, with full cooking facilities and BBQ outside. The bedroom looks out to the deck and pool and bush and sea views in the distance. We offer a peaceful and quiet location for those who want to get away from it all. During the Winter months we provide you with free logs for the wood burner for sitting in and relaxing at night. We have many returning guests, since we opened in 2015.
We moved to Australia back in 2014 and decided to live and work in the area we fell in love with back in 2006; Mooloolah Valley. Jason has worked in hospitality for over 27 years, managing hotels and events, most recently working for the Royal British Legion Poppy Breaks. When looking for a property to buy, we looked for somewhere we'd want to share with guests. Tunnel Ridge Outlook, with its spectacular views, lovely gardens, resort style entertainment area and swimming pool and independant guest accomodation within easy reach of all the Sunshine Coast has to offer was the perfect spot for Jason to start doing what he loves: gardening and entertaining guests!
Mooloolah is situated on the Sunshine Coast and our property looks out to the Ewan Maddock Dam and bush and then out to sea. From Tunnel Ridge Outlook, the beaches are located 20 minutes away in Caloundra or further afield in Mooloolabah. You are also in a short driving distance to Maleny and Montville and Australia Zoo. We are also very handy if you are attending Chenrezig Institute (Buddhist Retreat) and make an ideal base for anyone attending a course at the Institute but wanting more luxury and comfort. We also work with our partners at Tunnel Ridge Ranch and can offer you horse riding in the beautiful National Park on our doorstep In the summer months Ewan Maddock Dam is the place to go for a nice cool swim or even to catch a fish for tea.
