Twenty on Lake beachside studio is a private oasis with a separate entry, key access code, private courtyard, Wifi, Foxtel, DVD, CD and Ipod player, laptop, luxury fittings, kitchenette, off road parking.  There is a delightful local environment to enjoy. Within walking distance there are cafes, restaurants, Avoca theatre, patrolled beaches, beautiful lake to paddle on or have a fish and to top it off one of the best markets around. Personal services are nearby such as hairdressers and massage therapy Nothing is very far way, a short drive/bus gets you to Erina Fair shopping centre and the famous Terrigal - great shops, night life, beach, snorkelling and diving.
. We love that we can walk to so many places nearby If you walk along the beach to the right you will reach Avoca Beach. Our favourite things to do are: • The Avoca Markets on the last Sunday of the month just near the Avoca Shops. Its trendy, unique with food stalls and music. • Upstairs in the Avoca Beach surf club is a very reasonably priced eatery called 'Sunsets'. • The Fish and Chip shop on the beachfront - you can take your own wine and they provide glasses and outdoor seating. I like the fresh prawns and salad and David always goes for battered fish and chips. ky 50's environment. • The Avoca Beach theatre which shows current mainstream movies but also arthouse movies. If you walk right as you come out of the studio: Then right down Elgatta Street to the North Avoca shops there is a lovely new eatery called 'The Boy and the Rose'. Great coffee, great breakfast and light lunches. A five minute walk for breaky and a paper. Next door is a new local Grocery Store. Turn right out of drive way, then next right, walk three blocks and the shops are on the left. T
