If you would like a room with a view...this is it. 'The Ultimate' is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with panoramic ocean views which has just recently been renovated. Absolute beachfront and located at the southern end of King’s Beach, this spacious apartment boasts an open plan living / kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, off street undercover parking. We invite you to watch a breathtaking sunrise or surfers catching the afternoon waves. Whale watching is complimentary :)

Caloundra is abuzz with trendy cafes, street art, boutique stores and attractions, that make this destination perfect for couples after a seaside escape or families looking to unwind. During your stay you will have access to a private lock-up car garage on site. **Please note that due to the garage door - the height restriction is about 2.1m The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift. There are 3 steps on entry into the apartment. Every need is within a short 3-8 min walking distance. Shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, surf, swim and rock pools.
