I am a Malaysian designer who found an unexpected sense of home in the Barossa Valley after marrying my Kenyan partner. These days, I am learning the rhythms of growing fruit trees and vegetables, and slowly working towards a life with chickens. It’s a work in progress, but one that brings a lot of joy (and the occasional lesson in patience).
