Wake up one block from Seacliff beach and step onto your own private verandah. King bedroom, study nook, fresh bathroom and laundry. Nearly 20sqm of covered deck — your own outdoor room. AC, all linen provided, smart lock entry. Seacliff Beach Hotel, Yacht Club, Surf Club, Nest Café all walking distance. Train to CBD 25 min.
I live on the property and am always close by if needed. I give guests full privacy but respond within an hour to any messages. Happy to share local tips on the best spots in Seacliff.
Local favourites all walking distance: Seacliff Yacht Club and Surf Club for a casual drink or meal by the ocean — brilliant on weekends. Nest Café and The Garden Café for breakfast and coffee. Seacliff Beach Hotel three minutes walk. Train station nearby — 25 min direct to Adelaide CBD. Most guests find the occasional train completely unnoticeable.
