Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own ensuite and flexible bed configurations, provide comfort and privacy for families, couples or friends travelling together. The villa is conveniently located on Grant Street, just steps from the vibrant main street and the finest restaurants, cafes and boutiques in Port Douglas. You can also enjoy easy strolls to Four Mile Beach and the marina. The villa is one of only ten within the tranquil Latitude 16 complex, which is protected by full electronic security. The complex features a large shared pool (~30 metres), which you often have all to yourself given the small number of villas in the complex. The villa is light-filled and thoughtfully designed. On the lower level, generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living spaces connect seamlessly with the outdoors, including private plunge pool and balcony dining overlooking the gardens. Features a fully equipped kitchen (including butlers pantry and dishwasher) and outdoor BBQ, as well as a conveniently located power room. Step up to the middle level to find two generous sized bedrooms, each its own ensuite and individual access to the backyard patio surrounded by tropical gardens. The upper floor comprises a private master bedroom escape, including king size bed, ensuite and walk-in-robe, as well as an outdoor balcony sunroom with views of the marina. All beds are king size with the option to convert to singles. On the ground floor, there is a secure double garage, as well as laundry facilities. ceiling fans and quality furnishings ensure year-round comfort.
