An ultimate wine country retreat with this beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bathroom villa located at Cypress Lakes Resort. Featuring spacious, self-contained living area and great views of the Broken Back Mountain Range, this villa is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering an ideal base for exploring Pokolbin's world-class wineries and restaurants. Recently renovated kitchen, with brand new appliances, and new carpet and air-conditioning throughout. This villa has self-access for privacy and is single level which makes for very easy access. Two generously sized bedrooms, the master with an ensuite including a bath tub. There is a second bathroom and both have rain showers. There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and microwave. This villa has a comfortable lounge and dining area which opens on to an entertaining deck which has picturesque views and is fully furnished, perfect for an alfresco breakfast or evening glass of wine.

I fell in love with the Hunter Valley's rolling hills , golden sunsets and just the slower pace that makes every visit feel relaxed and restorative . This villa is more than just a getaway- it's a place to gather, celebrate and unwind. I've designed the space to reflect the warmth and charm of wine country living ,relaxed ,elegant ,and connected to nature. Mornings are for coffee on the terrace , afternoons for vineyard visits ,and evenings for sharing a bottle under the stars . Whether you're here for a romantic escape, a family holiday ,or a friends retreat, my goal is simple - to make your stay effortless ,comfortable ,and unforgettable . The Hunter Valley is filled with over 150 wineries, wonderful restaurants, and experiences. A short 2 hours from the centre of Sydney can feel like being in a different country immersed in nature, with great food wine and friendly hospitality. Added to this the property is a part of a championship golf course resort for those that like a challenge.
