The property proudly presents two unique, architecturally built homes. The original, Wave Hill House, boasts ocean views from every room and all spaces open to the floating balcony. The Pool House was completed in 2020 showcasing all the modern luxuries including an infinity swimming pool, multiple lounges and contemporary design offering an indulgent space to relax and enjoy an indulgent escape.

A private resort style property set amongst expansive grounds includes 2 houses (each with 3 bedrooms), multiple living spaces a swimming pool and panoramic views over Seven Mile Beach, Lennox Head.

Neighborhood info

Just a 20-minute drive from Byron Bay, Lennox Head has all the luxuries of its northern neighbour, minus the crowds. Home to world-renowned surf breaks, golden beaches, a tranquil lake, great eating and a classic waterside pub, slow down with the locals and relax here at Wave Hill House. We are walking distance to the main street located in a residential area on the edge of the escarpment. Given the location, (and stunning views), the walk into town is downhill so for those not feeling like an uphill walk on the way home, parking is easy and free.
