Welcome to Whales and Wombats in Cape Paterson, an award winning house and part of the multi-award winning sustainable housing ‘The Cape’. Not only is it one of the very first star rated sustainable houses, it’s also a stone’s throw to the new whale watching platform currently being built. This holiday house features 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2.5 bathrooms with two tv living spaces and a garden that backs onto the community gardens, dog agility park and play parks, 5 minute drive to the stunning beaches, rock pools and dramatic coastline that’s is the beautiful Bass Coast. Please note this house is pet friendly but not fully enclosed and if you are bringing more then 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival. This property sleeps 10 guests only. The house is 2 stories overlooking beautiful rural views. Bedroom 1 - Master king with ensuite downstairs Bedroom2 - queen with single bed - upstairs Bedroom3 - queen with single bed upstairs Bedroom4 - 2 x single beds Parking for 2 vehicles only, street parking is available Heating/cooling is an AC spilt system downstairs, ceiling fans in the 2 upstair queen bedrooms This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is registered as short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. We are available by phone and email. Office hours are 9am -5pm for and we regularly check emails and messages after hours. Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy. The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival.
