This neat and tidy 1st floor unit is tucked away in the quiet section of the Golden Beach Esplanade. Body Corporate has advised that major works will be conducted to the roof tops through out the months of April, May and June 2026, there will be temporary restrictions to Garages and construction noises. Body Corp apologizes for any Inconvenience this may course.
