Woodhill Cottage is located in Old Erowal Bay and has an adjacent holiday home which can be rented together! This property is close to Vincentia Shopping Village, cafes, restaurants and pristine waters of Hyams Beach, Vincentia, Huskisson and St Georges Basin. Security Bond A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking. You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required. Arrivals and Departures On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found. 50 bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the bbq is left unclean after use.
