The township has a hairdresser, doctor, dentists and, of course, a choice of eateries and the local pub. There are surf schools, bikes for hire, wonderful beaches and great eateries, including the local pub (tavern). The cottage is a short five-minute drive to shops (including supermarkets and petrol station), boutiques, hairdresser, spas and eateries. There are boutiques and gift shops in Agnes Water, as well as supermarkets, a butcher, baker and two bottle shops. A golf course is five minutes' drive from the cottage, and regular barefoot bowls is held at the Bowls Club. Cruise boats run to the beautiful Lady Musgrave Island - the southernmost point of the Great Barrier Reef. The stunning Deepwater and Eurimbula National Parks are nearby, if you like four-wheel-driving. While you are at Yellow Cottage, take the time to enjoy the night skies, which are amazing.
