The Singleton Beach House is modern and walking distance to our pristine coastline. Full heating and cooling air conditioning throughout this property is designed for family getaways or business retreats. With 5 bedrooms (4x queen & 1x single) and two bathrooms. Additional driveway - perfect for a caravan or boat. Kitchen is enormous-with scullery. Locally there is a General Store, a bakery, fabulous café, fish & chips all within walking distance. Surfing beach & golf course is only 6 min away.
