Particularly central location in the heart of Banja Luka, yet in the greenery, overlooking the river Vrbas and with fenced large terrace - dreamlike. Air-conditioned and modernized premises, we look forward to seeing you. Arrive well with your car, park in your private parking space in front of the house, everything within walking distance. Enjoy Banja Luka, the young, up and coming city of Bosnia. Your host will give you a friendly welcome, and the privacy you desire. If you're coming by plane (Airport Banja Luka), let us know and we will arrange a pickup service for you. Once you arrive, the location could hardly be better: Right on the water (you might bring your own canoe if you like), only a 5-minute walk from downtown, yet out of the hustle and bustle. Most of the time you will be on the large terrace with its fantastic view, the apartments have air conditioning and mobile fans.
Our family owns this phantastic house directly at the river Vrbas in 1995, and since then a lot of time, effort and love has been put into this house. The name 'Brko' is dedicated to our father Simo Jotanovic, who loved a good lough, a good dance and who simply loved all kind of people. So please be our guest, and let us welcome you in the great city Banja Luka. If you're having any questions, before or during your stay, we are really happy to give you our phone number and answer all your questions e.g. via common communication Apps to communicate without costs for your side. As we just started to offer this flat, please give us direct and immediate feedback if you find something we might improve. We are happy to do what we can to make your stay as great as possible, and of cause give you all the privacy you wish in case you have no questions. :)
The nearest bakery is about 100m away and is incredibly open 24/7. The nearest gas station is also in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant "Studenac" is about 50m away and offers upscale (yet inexpensive) Bosnian cuisine with huge portions. If you ask in a friendly way, the waiters often even bring the food up to the apartment and up to the terrace for a small tip. At the bridge over the Vrbas (about 200m away) are two restaurant boats with good food, nice drinks and occasional live music. There is also occasional live music across the street in the cafe where they mix excellent cocktails along with beer. Absolute recommendation. Otherwise, the neighborhood is very quiet, and due to the exposed location of the detached house, you have little contact with other neighbors.
