The bathroom is fully equipped with all fittings as well as towels, hair dryer, and washing machine. Spacious and well-lit balcony is the smoking area. By the building there is a supermarket with consumer goods working 0-24h Moj Market, while across there is a bakeshop МАЊА. The building has a parking for its tenants, in the evening you can easily find a parking lot, while during day hours you might need to wait for up to ten minutes to get a lot.
