Stan se nalazi na izuzetno atraktivnoj lokaciji, odmah pored gradske kafane „Central“, i na svega 50 metara od jezera u Istočnom Sarajevu. Idealan je za udoban i bezbrižan boravak, jer je opremljen svim neophodnim sadržajima.
Gostima su na raspolaganju moderno opremljena kuhinja, funkcionalno kupatilo, prostran i svjetao dnevni boravak, veliki balkon, kao i izuzetno udobna spavaća soba. Sav nameštaj u stanu je nov, pružajući osjećaj svježine i komfora.
Dodatnu pogodnost predstavlja veliki javni parking koji okružuje zgradu, što boravak čini još praktičnijim.
