Located within the renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Coconut Grove 1 is a spacious 4 bedroom 4 ½ bathroom residence ideally located within close proximity to the resort amenities. This villa offers Full Membership allowing guests flexibility when booking tee times. Surrounded by its lush tropical gardens and overlooking the 10th fairway, Coconut Grove 1 offers beautiful outdoor living spaces well suited for an afternoon barbeque, lazy day by the pool or a quiet read on the covered patio On the inside, its open plan living and dining areas are flanked by the 4 ensuite bedrooms while the equipped kitchen offers all the appliances needed to prepare that special meal. Guests of this property can enjoy cable television, wireless internet access, an ipod docking station as well as an array of amenities offered by the resort. During the summer months, from April 16 to December 15, this property offers occupancy-based rates. For up to four guests, two of the four bedrooms will be available. For five or six guests, three bedrooms will be accessible, while the remaining bedrooms will be locked. All other amenities and facilities will be fully available as advertised. Effective 1st May 2026, the Club in Royal Westmoreland will implement a per-villa, per-week charge for Royal Westmoreland amenities. This fee may be settled at the time of collecting your Club Cards from the Clubhouse.
