Located within the quiet avenue of Plantation Drive on the renowned Sugar Hill Estate, ‘Sweet Dream’ is an executive 5 bedroom, 5 ½ bathroom residence which boasts of tastefully decorated living areas well suited to the discerning traveler. The spacious living and entertainment area located just off the main entrance features high ceilings, cable television, BOSE entertainment system and chess area as well as direct access to the main terrace and well manicured gardens beyond. This terrace also offers outdoor dining, pool deck and dining gazebo. The main floor of the property also features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The five bedrooms, all of which en-suite, are allocated over the 3 levels of the property. Bedrooms 2 and 3, located on the lowest level of the property, offer a shared patio and have direct access to the pool deck. Bedrooms 4 and 5, located on the main floor of the property with both featuring cable televisions and access to a shared patio. The Master Suite, located on the 3rd floor offers partial views of the coast line and the pool deck below. All bedrooms offer air-conditioning and ceiling fans and are equipped with hair dryers.
