Inspired by the aparthotel concept discovered during a trip to the United States, Mr. DUMAY brought this idea to the heart of the European capital to meet the needs of travellers seeking flexibility, independence, and comfort. As a pioneer of alternative hospitality in Brussels, Georges Henri Aparthotel is built on strong values: human connection, conviviality, and authenticity. This family adventure continued with the founder’s children before joining the BLACKREIT family group in 2019, which now oversees its development under the direction of Miss Amandine PRIOUX. In early 2025, the establishment began a full renovation to adapt to new lifestyles. Since July 2025, a phased reopening has introduced warmer, more connected, and functional apartments, along with new communal spaces (fitness, relaxation, coworking, luggage storage) planned for summer 2026 — further enhancing the guest experience.
