What is not included in the rental price: - A flat rate for charges (water-heating-electricity): 40 e per day. - Bed linen rental: 10 e per person (optional) - Bath towel rental: 6 e piece (optional) - Dogs (max 2) are welcome but an extra 15 e / animal is requested - A deposit of 500 e is requested and refunded within one week on your bank account. It must be paid by bank transfer. The refund should be made within 7 days of your departure (after cleaning). The security deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer, if no damage has been found in the house.
