Owned by Jan - a huge fan of Gent - and restored by Rearch Architects, the three story home is famous for its bronze statue on the corner called ‘Het Breistertje’, which means ‘The Knitster.’

A green & sustainable guesthouse located in the picturesque Prinsenhof in Ghent. The biggest eye-catcher is the original old staircase, which might even date from 1650. Be aware: the very steep stairs might not be ideal for elders and children. Friday ensures a meaningful stay in a unique and authentic setting. It responds to the needs of contemporary city trippers and provides everything you need for an extraordinary stay!
