Full space description Bright, spacious house located in a peaceful green area in Thier, Liège, with a private garden, vegetable patch, and two private parking spots in front. 🛌 The rented room has no window, but a mechanical ventilation system ensures healthy air throughout the house. The room includes a double bed, a single bed, and storage shelves. 🏡 Guests have access to: their bedroom, a living room with wood-burning stove, a billiards room, a large open-plan kitchen (~40 m²) with dining area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a secluded private garden. 🚪 My private bedroom is not accessible to guests. 📅 I'm present about 15 days per month; the house contains personal items neatly arranged. 🐶 If I’m around, my Jack Russell Terrier (a neutered, playful and friendly male) might come ask for cuddles.
I live in the house. My dog is very cheerful and expressive. If you are staying for just one night, he will stay in my room so I can be present for the first meeting between him and the guests to ensure everything goes smoothly. My hours are irregular, so I am not always home in the evenings. For longer stays, after discussing with you, we can arrange this differently
Charming green home near Liège city centre & tram This lovely house is located in the quiet and green Thier district of Liège, in a peaceful street lined with sheep, goats, donkeys and horses. Minimal traffic, lots of nature. 🛏️ The house features a private garden and free parking directly in front of the home. 🛍️ Shops within 10 min walking distance: bakeries, organic grocery store, pharmacies, artisanal ice cream shop… 🚲 Many walking and cycling trails connect directly to the city centre. 🏌️ Bernalmont golf course is just 10 minutes away on foot. 🚆 Transport access: Tram line 1 (Coronmeuse stop) – 10 min walk Bus lines: 6, 7, 34, 35, 39, 72, 76, 77, 134, 135, 475 Herstal train station – 15 min walk Motorway exit Vottem – 5 min by car 🚗 Easy and free street parking just outside the house
