Thoughtfully equipped for comfort and convenience, it’s ideal for business travelers, families, and remote workers. Guest-favorite amenities include a private closed garage, Air conditioning in every room, A luxury king-size bed, Ultra-fast fiber-optic internet—perfect for work, streaming, and video calls. Keep reading below for more... 🏠 The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful townhouse in a quiet but lively neighborhood next to Harmonie & surrounded by green parks. The apartment is suitable for 3 guests & a baby. BEDROOM: The bedroom is equipped with a comfy king size, mango wood, engraved, bed & an Emma mattress (known to be the Europe's most awarded mattress). There's a balcony with a garden view, a table & chairs. Bed linens are provided. A baby crib is at your disposal & all plugs are secured. LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious (a large sofa & a smart TV with Netflix) & has high ceilings. The dinning table is suitable for up to 6 persons. There's also a modern sofa chair which can serve as a sleeping option for a third person. KITCHEN: The kitchen is a fully equipped, open kitchen : hot plates, oven (conventional & microwave), fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, bread toaster & all kitchenware & tableware you need to cook. Tea bags & coffee capsules are provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a large shower & there's a separate toilet room. 3 towels of different sizes are provided per person. The property is located in Harmonie district. Its a very quiet neighborhood at walking distance from the crowded and noisy Antwerp center and surrounded by green parks with children playgrounds. All supermarket's brands are within walking distance: Albert Heijn (our preferred), Delhaize, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl.
