Domain "Hoeve den Akker" consists of three exclusive, high-end finished holiday homes: - one villa with two spacious bedrooms for 4 to 6 people (open since May 2024) - one house with one bedroom for 2 people (open since May 2024) - one flat with one bedroom for 2 people (open since 2021) The three holiday homes are very luxuriously furnished and finished with great attention to detail. They each have their own private entrance and their own private gardens and terraces. The three properties all have separate kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms. The houses are located amid rural Moerkerke, Damme; a short distance from Bruges and the Belgian and Dutch coast. On the domain you will find our beloved ALPACAs, who will gladly accompany you on a walk on the domain. You can enter the Hoeve den Akker domain via a private driveway. There is free parking with the possibility of parking several cars up to the entrance. The domain with its magnificent garden covers 1.5 hectares and is completely fenced off in country style. There are various types of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees. There are no direct neighbours. The house is surrounded by fields and fields, allowing you to fully enjoy the garden and unwind. This is possible, among other things, on the separate private terraces with stylish garden furniture. When the weather is nice, you can have a cosy aperitif there, overlooking the fields, the chickens and the ALPACAs! :-) Guests have access to all parts of the chosen holiday home, the accompanying terraces and the surrounding gardens. These holiday homes are fantastic for those who want to enjoy nature in an exceptionally well-maintained and beautiful green environment. A real gem between culture and beach. Hosts Geert and Carine, the friendly and good-humoured managers of the holiday flats, ensure a warm welcome. They will welcome you with open arms. They are happy to provide all the necessary information on cycling routes, cultural excursions and any other tourist information you may need. They are always there for you and love to chat, but of course they respect your peace and privacy. Geert & Carine maintain the garden themselves and are responsible for cleaning the holiday homes, paying attention to every detail. They enjoy doing this every day and strive to make every guest feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The historic and picturesque Damme centre is 5 minutes away by car. Starting from the manor house, cycling enthusiasts can also reach Damme and its surroundings via scenic cycling routes. There is bike rental nearby. Walkers are also at the right place, with plenty of beautiful hiking routes in the surrounding nature reserves. The historic city of Bruges and seaside resort Knokke are 15 to 20 minutes away by car. Sluis and Cadzand (NL) at 25 minutes. Even a trip to Ghent only takes 45 minutes! Brussels can be reached in just over an hour. There are several department stores, local bakeries, cheese shops and butchers nearby. In addition, there are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy food and drinks. Museums and famous sights abound in Bruges, Damme and Ghent. There is even a gigantic golf course at a 5-minute drive and several sports facilities are also nearby. The holiday homes are located between the coastal region, nature and Flemish cities.
