Maison Etienne and Villa Leona (together we call our place "HUIS19") Two brand new, fully furnished, well situated, cosy and trendy lofts for maximum 5 people each with a garden and a rooftop terrace respectively. Maison Etienne is our trendy loft, on ground level, near the beautiful river Lys, with spacious private garden and free private parking. Take the manually operated ferry to cross the river Lys. From that point you can walk endlessly into the nature. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has a large double bed, the other bedroom has a bunkbed. A very comfortable sleeping sofa in the living room is available for the 5th person. Villa Leona is the more vintage looking loft on the first floor with a large rooftop terrace which provides you with a wonderful view. Our guests at Villa Leona also enjoy a free private parking. Both apartments are specious, fully furnished and have fully equipped kitchens. They are adaptable to your needs. Therefore it’s also for rent for meetings, product presentations, workshops, etc... Each apartment has its own parking spot at the front door. There is an EV charger available. Please ask us about it before use. It is perfect for family, friends, couples and business travellers who want to visit Ghent and Sint-Martens-Latem, known for its rich art tradition. There are excellent restaurants nearby.

Wake up with bird-songs, feel @ home, relax, work or play … and discover Ghent by bike or rent a boat (in summer months). Enjoy ! Just bring your personal stuff. Everything else is provided… Our apartment is well situated in a green, small village within 15 minutes drive from the busy city center of Ghent or 25 minutes by bike as you have no parking problems then ;-). There is a bus stop at 100m. You'll have great access to important highways, 10 minutes to the trade center (Expo) and 7 minutes from the railway station Gent Sint-Pieters. The apartment lays just outside Ghent and just next to the world famous Sint-Martens-Latem, known for its rich art tradition that characterises the East Flanders Lys Valley. There are excellent restaurants nearby. Ghent has a car-free center, with numerous historic buildings such as the 3 towers, the castle Gravensteen, ... We are located in the center of the triangle Bruges—Antwerp—Brussels. HUIS19 is also only about an hour drive from the coast. Commercial center is close by.
