The little village of Coo lies in the middle of beautiful nature and is known for its waterfalls. Your apartment is situated in the old Hotel Le Baron in Coo, build in 1883. Here you will find 6 new, luxurious holiday apartments for 2 to 4 persons, with an atmosphere of comfort and cosyness. Stylish living areas, each with a cozy living room with open kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms with excellent box spring mattresses that provide a pleasant night's sleep, a spacious bathroom with double sinks, an Italian shower and a separate toilet. All apartments have free wifi and internet. The minimum stay at our apartments is 2 nights. We have a breakfast service that delivers at your door. Enjoy your stay in one of our comfortable and stylish apartments. Rules of the house: - You are not allowed to stay in the apartment with more people than for which the apartment is intended. So max. 2p. in an apartment with 1 bedroom and max. 4p. in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. - You are not allowed to smoke in the whole building. - Children under the age of 12 and pets are not admitted. In case of violation, the reservation will be canceled with retention of the total rental costs. - It should be quiet in the building from 10pm - 8am. - Any parties or the like are forbidden. - When reserving 3 or more apartments at once, the cancellation policy changes into the following: You can cancel free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival. The cost of the first night of each cancelled apartment will be charged, if you cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. 50% of the total price will be charged between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Near the apartments it is possible to charge your electric car and your e-bike.
