Please note that there is no reception in this building. You are kindly requested to contact the property by phone. For security reasons a copy of your passport on both sides is needed. After having received passport details, your payment or credit card guarantee and the deposit, a few days before arrival the property will send the guest the access code to your apartment, luggage room and also the number of your parking place. The property does not allow parties or other festivities.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
