Beautiful studio located on the third floor of a building, directly opposite the Finance Tower and only 300 meters from Guillemins train station. Close to all amenities including public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. It is also just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Boverie Park, accessible via the “La Belle Liégeoise” footbridge, and 10 minutes from the city center. The studio features a living area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. A small private terrace offers a view of the Finance Tower and its esplanade.
