House build in 1911, situated in a very green and quiet area near to a park and swimming pool.

Neighborhood info

The centre of Antwerp is at 7 km. Every quarter of an hour there is a tram thereto (tickets available on the tramplatform). The trainstation is 500 m away from the house. On the corner of the street you can charge your electric car. Around the corner you will find 5 restaurants, e.g. a fish restaurant, a pizzeria, a sushi-restaurant, a very nice and cosy restaurant which serves excellent dishes. In the neighbourhood you will find supermarkets (Aldi, Carrefour) and a place to do your laundry. The house is near to a green area, in wyhich you find a swimming pool, tennis fields and a children's playground.
