The Plumer House is a majestic mansion with a distinctive façade and was fully renovated in country style in 2015. The holiday home invites you to relax, while we secretly hope that you are consumed by curiosity to know all about the city of Ypres and the Great War in a playful manner. The Plumer House is the ideal starting point to discover the historical city of Ypres on foot. It is located within walking distance from the station, the Municipal Theatre, the Ramparts, small playgrounds and the atmospheric city center with its nice terraces. You can also explore the entire Westhoek as from the House: Poperinge, Heuvelland, Lo-Reninge, Veurne, Diksmuide, Zonnebeke, Langemark-Poelkapelle, etc. On top, the Belgian coast as well as French Flanders, Bruges and Ghent are worth a visit. Practical: In the immediate vicinity of the Plumer House, you can find free parking, shops, department stores and bike rental facilities.
