Property info

Very quiet apartment overlooking Park Dok Zuid. Our apartment is not a party venue – please respect the peace of the neighbours and the house rules. Very nice furniture and a good bed. Be careful, sofa bed is recommended for children. We also have an inflatable mattress, which can be used by an adult for more comfort, but overall the setup is better suited for kids. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. A nice view over the beautiful park from the living room. Coffee and Tea is available. Non-residents can still pay to park (max 3 hours) on the street unlike in the old town. In the old town, only residents are allowed to park on the street. There is also underground parking (Parking South) across the street. Possibility of free parking at 10 min walking distance (Petroleum South on the d' Herbouvillekaai). Apartment is within walking distance of a trendy neighborhood with nice bars and restaurants. Apartment is also accessible to visit other cities nearby because you are quickly on the highway. Antwerp South train station is 15 min walking distance. We also have a great apartment in Scheldestraat Royal South 2.

Neighborhood info

The beautiful and trendy South with restaurants and bars is a very nice neighborhood. Really close to the beautiful Schelde ( water canal ) where you can take a nice walk to the old town and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Near the apartment you have the museum of Contemporary Art Antwerp and the Royal Museum of Fine Arts. You can walk from the little apartment through the Kloosterstraat towards the old city which is known for antiques, retro and vintage shops and art galleries. There is a supermarket on the corner (and it is open on Sundays). There is a picknick area in the park in front.
