The Black Pants is a beautiful duplex apartment located at the first floor of SHWAY60. The apartment is decorated by Stekkie Amsterdam and is a beautiful mix of industrial and boutique styles. You can check-in yourself with a codelock and step right into the living space. On your right is the kitchen which consists of a fridge, a water boiler, a Nespresso coffee machine, cooking material, and a combi oven. Behind the big industrial stairs you will see the the dining table with 4 chairs. The living area consists of a sofa bed for 2 (140x200cm), a relaxing chair, a flatscreen TV (with Netflix) and a balcony. The bedroom upstairs consists of a queen size boxspring bed and a big closet, the bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a rain shower. This building is located in the heart of the city, perfect to explore Antwerp! Please note that this is a first floor apartment in the city center of Antwerp. It is always possible that you can hear noise from the streets. We provide earplugs just in case you need them.

We can assure you that this is just the best neighborhood of Antwerp. Super central, close to public transfer, in the middle of the best shopping streets and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, boutiques, museums and theaters. The district is called 'Theaterbuurt' and it is located in the east-centered part of the city centre. The district is bordered by the "Historical Center" in the north, the "Sint-Andries" in the west and "Het Zuid" in the south. You can walk to every hotspot of Antwerp from this location!
