Our house is located on the border of a residential area in the woods of Hertsberge, very close to Bruges, Gent, Flanders's fields and the coast. One part of the house is where we live, the other part is the one we rent out. Newly redecorated.

Hertsberge is a small town just next to Bruges. But it has all you need to make your stay a pleasant one. We have a bakery which makes great rolls, croissants, cakes and pies. It's open all days except Wednesday, form 7 AM till 6.30 PM. We have a butcher/traiteur which also prepares very good meals ( around 10 choices) for you to warm up. Open all days, except Tuesday and Wednesday. Belgium is famous for it's good food, so restaurants are all around, one at a 5 min walk with a very good kitchen. Oostkamp is town at 5 minutes drive which has every kind of shop and department store. And then of course there is Bruges.
