The Nuthouse was renovated in 2018 by Jennifer Vermander along side her father Marc. Jennifer spent her childhood at her parents farm 'De Blauwe Mansarde'. During renovations, a lot of authentic elements of the farm were integrated in the style of the house. Her brother Jeff brought a daring finish with the use of bold combinations of colour and wallpapers.

Property info

This beautifully renovated house is full of surprises for both young and old. The rustic character in combination with the bold finish turns this spatious villa in a real gem. It's the perfect base for both walking and cycling enthusiasts. In the summer you can relax in the sunny garden or during the cold winter nights by the cozy fire. We wish you a pleasant stay! We offer accommodation for groups up to 8 people.

Neighborhood info

The Nuthouse is located at just a three minute drive from the E403 (Exit 6 Rumbeke). Easy accessibility without noise disturbance. Large parking right across the house. There’s a bus stop, at just a 100 meter walk. The line Roeselare - AZ Delta (Bus 6). The thriving city of Roeselare is just a stone’s throw away. In Roeselare there is a lot going on for young and old. Summer and winter events, shopping, parks, the forest 'Sterrebos' with the Castle of Rumbeke, playgrounds, Rodenbach Brewery, Beer Castle Brewery Van Honsebrouck, the cycling track Defraeye-Sercu ... Leaflets with walking and cycling routes are available. We also have children's toys and board games for young and old available. In 20 minutes you are in Bruges, Kortrijk or Ypres. Drive a little longer and you are on the Belgian coast, Lille or Ghent.
