Co-Esprit (ChezRosé) manages two accommodations, one in Berlaar and one in Sainte-Cécile, located near the French border in the Ardennes. Sainte-Cécile is nestled in a protected nature reserve in the Semois valley. The Berlaar location is situated in the restored old railway building, which still serves as a railway between Antwerp and Leuven.

As former passionate cyclists, we are excited to present our cycling accommodation. Located at the intersection of several cycling and hiking trails, it serves as the perfect base for exploring the "Grote & Kleine Nete Vallei" or for incorporating these routes into your itinerary. Just around the corner is Lier, a charming early medieval town with several valuable UNESCO World Heritage sites, which is definitely worth a visit. Gestel, one of the most beautiful villages in Flanders, is part of the Berlaar. Please note that this is not a quiet area, as train noise can be heard from the property. Kruiskensberg, a nature reserve and the provincial nature reserve De Averegten, are just a short distance away. The Grote Nete valley is included in "Natura 2000", making it part of the European network of protected natural areas.
