Modern studio apartment 40 square meters in the Flora complex located in the centre of Borovets. Conveniently located in the centre of Borovets, the oldest ski station in Bulgaria. At the foothills of the Rila National Park. The apartment is located just 250 years from the cable car. The complex offers modern facilities and is the perfect base for a skiing or a summer holiday. Perfect for all types of holidays, whether you are a solo traveller, a couple or a family on a ski holiday. Located next to the main Gondola Station and a 3-minute walk from the centre of Borovets with its numerous bars, restaurants and nightlife. On-site facilities include ski and boot storage on the ground floor, indoor swimming pool, spa centre (including sauna, gym and jacuzzi – with additional costs), Wi-Fi, Irish bar, restaurant offering traditional Bulgarian and international cuisine and shops. The fully furnished apartment on the 2nd floor has a balcony with stunning views over the resort and ski slopes. This apartment features 1 room, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a well-fitted kitchenette with a dining area, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. A fridge, a stovetop and toaster are also featured, as well as a kettle and microwave. The apartment offers a terrace view of the mountains. A casino and a children's playground are available at Apart Hotel Flora Residence - Clover Building Flat 09, while guests can also relax in the garden.
I am born and raised in Borovets and can guarantee an amazing and authentic experience. FUN FACT: As for the 6 persons gondola lift, it takes you to the Yastrebets peak on 2363 m above sea level. The difference in altitude is approx. 1046 m and length of route is 4827 m. A 200-meter carpet lift takes the skiers from ski center Markudjik to the upper station of the gondola lift "Yastrebetz"; and the widened 10 km long Musala Pathway provides an easy way to return to the resort.
Borovets is located at 44.7 miles from Sofia approximately 1.5 hours, on the northern slopes of the Rila mountain range. Huddled in venerable pine woods 4,561 feet above the sea level with highest pistes at 2,850 yards makes it a perfect place for relax and recreation.
