Top location, 50 m from the sea and 100m from the beach, Immediately above the marina and the sea alley “Damba” with many restorants, bars and shops. Cozy and very comfortable apartment, suitable for one or two couples or a family with children. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and terrace, spacious and bright living room with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, fully equipped and one bathroom with toilet. There are three balconies, all with sea view. The apartment is on the third floor of a nice white building located at the central roundabout with two old anchors on the mail street “Primorska” The building has a grocery store with coffee machine and fruits and vegetables. There is a free parking area 50 meters away. Varna airport is 30 minutes and the famous castle in Balchik is 15 minutes away by walking. Cape “Kaliakra” is 45 minutes away and Albena is 5 minutes away by car.
