A studio-apartment with a lovely sea view situated 1.4 km from The Palace of Queen Maria in Balchik and 1.5 km from the Botanic Garden.The apartment has a lovely landscape view of the coast and the harbor of the city, located in Balchik city center, 5 minutes walking distance from the coastline promenade. Lovely place for a family holiday. The main room includes double bed, kitchenette and a bathroom. The living room area has an extendable sofa suitable for two people. The main beach as well as many restaurants and shops are 10 minutes walking distance.
