We have a fully equipped kitchen, with all the needed kitchenware for short and long stays, with an oven and a fridge. There is one bedroom with a Queen's bed and a wardrobe for storage with a sofa bed in the living room. There is AC that offers both heating and cooling as well as central heating in the apartment, there cable television with a flat-screen TV with many channels to choose from. When you stay in our apartment you can enjoy the view of Varna's Sea Garden and a view to the beaches from up high right from your balcony.
The neighbourhood is lively but also quiet with many nearby restaurants, bars, supermarkets, kid attractions, gyms etc. For example, both of the malls in Varna (Delta Planet Mall and Grand Mall Varna) are 300-500m away from the apartment with many shopping districts to visit and explore, as well as actvities for kids and young children. There is 'Fratelli - Food and Bar' only 150m away from the building, as well as a fitness, local banks, and supermarkets like LIDL, Kaufland etc really closeby. Overall one of the fastest and positively growing areas in Varna.
