Прекрасен Арт Апартамент слънчев и топъл, находящ се в широкия център на гр. Варна с безплатно закрито паркомясто в сградата. Това уютно местенце е оборудвано с всичко необходимо за един приятен престой: два инверторни климатика, кафемашина за еспресо, вградена пералня със сушилня. Кухня с вградени електроуреди: керамичен плот, аспиратор и хладилник. Три Андроид телевизора с телевизия и Wi-Fi. На 20 метра от имота има добре заредени супермаркети, ресторанти, барове, кафета.
