The Casa de Artes has four separate rooms and two suites with an optimum capacity of 16-18 beds, an enormous American living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, atrium, barbecue and swimming pool. It has been set up as a small art hotel and has all comforts available and its own unique style. It is built entirely of ecological materials: old brick, wood and stone, and the house is particular for its cosy and exceptionally luxurious interior: there is an immediate view towards the Black Sea from its enormous veranda. The site is located 1.5 km from the marina, 30 km from Cape Kaliakra and the city of Varna. The rock Aladja Monastery is 25 km away, and only 17 km there is a golf course.
