The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a newly constructed building with lift and controlled access. It comprises of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a beautiful open living area with a fully-equipped kitchen and two balconies providing beautiful views over the city as well as the natural surroundings. The apartment can fit up to 6 people having a large king-size bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and also a large sofa bed in the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen has all necessary amenities and also electricals such as refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, ceramic hobs, oven and coffee machine. You can enjoy your meals on the dining table that seats up to 6 people or watch TV from the large sofa. You can also enjoy free Wi-Fi and free street parking. Free parking garage (4.90 x 2.35 x 2.00 m) is also available.

The apartment is located just 8 minutes walking distance from the city centre where you can find a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops. The nearest grocery store is located opposite the building entrance but you can also find some take-away food options on the same street such as pizza and cooked meals. The building is in close proximity to the hospital and there are a number of pharmacies nearby as well.
