Europroperties BG Ltd. is a local company managing apartments in the best Bulgarian seaside resort- Golden Sands. We are young and willing to develop. Our goal is to keep our tourists happy and satisfied with their accomodation and make them come back!!!

Golden Line is the most luxurious apartment buildings in Golden Sands. It is located on second line, which makes it a bit quiter than the first line buildings and at the same time within 2 minute walk from the best central beach odf the resort. All the shops, restaurants and promenade are just outside.

The so called Pearl of the Bulgarian Seaside- Golden Sands welcomes thousands of tourists each season. The unique combination of sea, forest and the Sea Capital - Varna makes it the best spot on the Bulgarian Riviera. The resort of Golden Sands offers a superb variety of activities for every taste: nightlife with 7 disco clubs, many restaurants and bars, excellent sandy beaches with all water sports available, two major shopping centres, many museums, summer festivals, concerts, places of interests...
