The apartment is located in the heart of Smolyan, in the Old Center of the town, meters away from the cafe Nova Bulgaria. Accommodated with one bedroom and a living room with sofa bed with a total capacity of 4 people. Well furnished, with stylish cuisine, which allows delicious and healthy dishes to be prepared. The apartment is located in the main pedestrian street, near the town's swimming pool, tennis courts, cafes, restaurants, shops and many more places. Please, be informed that the swimming pool is not in the same building. Access to high-speed internet and TV with over 150 channels. Large public parking is available very close to the building.
A project manager, with a strong financial background, ACCA UK member. More that 10 years of experience in financial and real estate sectors. We designed the apartment to be used as our vacation property in Smolyan.
The property is in the Old Center of the town, the pedestrian area. Communicative and calm place at the same time with a direct view to the mountain.
