This is a house with a yard build in 1936 from my great grandpa who was the Mayor of the village before 1945. During the years it was a farm for many sheep owned by my family. Afterward it was abandoned and most of the buildings were in ruins for several years. Nowadays after years of hard work the property has been turned into a calm and a comfortable place in a traditional Bulgarian style with a beautiful garden. The house attracts many guests from all over the world with its location close to the sea and the fabulous nature around.

My name is Krasimir and I am 38 years old. Last years I had a journey bringing back to life the property of my great grandfather. Working with old things and natural materials like stone and wood were the major aspects of my work. In my free time I like cooking. It is a pleasure for me to do it for my guests and for my friends. I am really keen on free diving, cycling, spending time in the nature and traveling, as well. A piece of my heart is dedicated to the wine producing. That wine made with passion and love. “Wine is sunlight held together by water”, as said the Great Galileo. I would be glad if my guests have the opportunity to taste, touch and experience the world around me and the world I have created my way.

The region around Balgarevo attracts with its unspoiled countryside and one of the most beautiful places on the northern Bulgarian Black Sea coast – the nature and archeological reserve Kaliakra, the picturesque sites with their sandy beaches Bolata, Zelenka, Roussalka, the rocky shores at Kamen Bryag and Tyulenovo. The nature and historic reserves Yailata and Kaliakra Cape are just a short ride away. Balchik with its rich historical heritage, Botanical Garden and the Palace is a place to visit. Via Pontica, the second largest migration route of birds nesting in northeastern Europe, passes in the sky of Bolata, which makes the cove a preferable place for bird watchers from all over the world. Balgarevo offers the visitors to taste its fresh, delicious and locally grown fruits and vegetables. In the vicinity of Levana there are several restaurants, shops, ATM and the mussels farm Dulboka. The nearest city Kavarna offer sea view restaurants, museums, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and summer festivals. Golf can be played in the luxurious courses which are just 10 minutes drive from Levana. Boat and kayak trips and a jeep safari are available for the adventurers.
