Spread across three floors, the villa features five generously sized double bedrooms and one family room with a double bed and bunk beds—each thoughtfully decorated to provide both comfort and style. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large entertainment room complete with your own private bar, which can be stocked prior to your arrival upon request. This space also includes a newly added billiards table, a selection of board games, and a large TV for enjoying your favorite shows and music. The fully equipped dining kitchen offers all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, so you can focus on relaxing rather than cleaning up. Step outside to enjoy the beautifully designed patio—perfect for warm summer evenings. The outdoor area also features a private swimming pool, swingball, a dartboard, and a spacious BBQ area, ideal for dining and entertaining under the open sky. We are a young English Family loving life out in this lovely country we now call home. We do live on an adjoining apartment to the property to help if needed. We have a separate entry and exit to the guesthouse.

The surrounding area truly caters to all ages and interests. Guests can enjoy a variety of nearby swimming pool complexes, many of which offer delicious food at very reasonable prices. For nature lovers, the region is a haven for eco-tourism, with scenic walking trails, waterfalls, and unique natural features—including Pushevo’s own wild flowering cactus. Cultural landmarks are also within easy reach, such as the iconic Buzludzha Monument. With so much to see and do, we highly recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay and explore everything this beautiful region has to offer.
