It is located in the village of Beli Iskar, in the heart of the Rila Mountains, just 15 km from the mountain resort of Borovets, 3 km from Rila National Park, 7 km from the town of Samokov and 60 km from the city of Sofia. Sapareva Banya with its hot mineral springs and SPA centers is 40 km away, and the Seven Rila Lakes - the pearl of the Rila Mountains - are nearby. The house is on two floors and has 4 rooms with bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a tavern with an electric fireplace and a garden. It also offers an outdoor jacuzzi, a charcoal grill, parking, free Wi-Fi and digital television. It is suitable for year-round use, and during the cold months it is heated with local steam heating from a pellet fireplace. It offers wonderful conditions for rest and relaxation, both for families with children and for companies who love the mountains. The yard is secured with a high fence and your children can play freely.
