Luxury and spacious apartment, located in the city center of Velingrad (50m away), in a secure building, next to one of the best SPA hotels - Rich. Accommodation provides you with a comfortable king size bedroom with private closet, two comfortable sofa beds for four people (one of which can be set up as a single bed) in the living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is an amazing park view. Guests can use SPA hotel Rich breakfast and SPA facilities free of charge.

Quite and peaceful neighborhood located in the heart of Velingrad very close to a park with multiple outdoor children facilities. Self-check in is available. There are multiple restaurants around, incl. Taverna Omar for which guests can benefit from 10% discount. Parking is located in front of the building.
